Has it been that long since we updated! Noel Has been Very VERY busy . Highlights from this year are:
Feb: Under Pressure - A tribute to Queen. 729 people. We raised $2400 for the Children's ward at KGH.
Feb: Noel and The Wentworth Music All Star band (made up of students from Wentworth Music Play The Kelowna Memorial Arena for 2000 screaming girls! Rock and Roll!
April : Noel Complete Wentworth Music's web site. you can see it here www.wentworthmusic.ca
May : Wentworth Music All stars perform in the Rutland Maydays Parade. Made local and provincial TV and Print news dressed up as KISS.
June - Shout it out loud a tribute to KISS. Noel partners with Interior Savings credit Union for a fantastic event. 130 pint sized versons of the band KISS performing 19 of their greatest hits. Noel worked 3 months on his costume.
July : Noel and the Wentworth Music All Stars play the Canadian National Vintage Car club rally.
July : Noel and the Wentworth Music All Stars play Prospera Place, Our second arena of the year. This was the highlight to date of Noel's performing career. What a rush! 5000 people. See the video at www.wmec.ca.
August: Interior Savings and Wentworth Music present a cheque for $3400 to the KGH childre's ward. Noel dressed up as Gene Simmons shakes things up a little and walks the halls at KGH after the presentation..He made alot of people smile that day and at very least gave people something to talk about
September: Noel unveils 2 months of hard work with 5 new studios at Wentworth Music Education Centre. Noel spent his entire summer on this project. Simply put. "it's one classy place to come take lessons"

Under pressure
7pm Saturday Feb 2 ,2008 at the Kelowna Community theatre Tickets for Under pressure - a tribute to queen are now on sale. Over 100 students have been preparing hard for months to perfect their parts! Noel has several guest appearances in the show as back up musician. Exciting news
What started out as 75 students between three instructors three and a half years ago has grown. Noel's Music school " The Wentworth Music Education Centre" has now reached over 325 students...and is still growing. New tribute concert announced
Noel has just announced the next tribute concert for the students of the Wentworth Music Education Center. Saturday Feb 2 at the Kelowna community theatre "Under Pressure a tribute to QUEEN". All proceeds from this concert will go to a local childrens charity. Stay tuned for more details.

School expansion
Noel expands his music school (the Wentworth Music Education Center) to 8 brand new state of the art music studios and now eleven Instructors. His ever growing dream to provide the best in music education and dream like opportunities for his students is becoming a reality. Stay tuned for more info.
