=====> 1. Thanks for Supporting the dream!

You probably have heard this from me before but thanks again for supporting this dream of mine. Just when I ask myself why I do this. I mean write songs, play music etc ...I get an answer so powerful that it always lets me know i can't be wrong . You see ,You can look at being creative as a gift , something that can be shared or maybe a higher form of communication I don't know maybe i'm just blowing some smoke . Sometimes though it can feel like a curse. While most people are out having fun , relaxing , spending time with friends and family or watching TV etc ...I'm inside creating, Getting some feelings out. Crafting and carving away words and rhyme to get a feeling of something out of my system sometimes hoping in some way my words and music might one day touch some who is out doing the same things that sometimes I wish i could if i wasn't inside creating, or feeling the absolute need to . Now don't get me wrong. I do have a choice in this matter. Maybe I do this because it makes feel immortal in a way , Maybe I write and record because it's something i've always wanted to do. But you know what . When I sit down and start writing and I create something from scratch . Something that that you can't see, smell or touch but can feel and hear...that's magic. Once in a while someone comes along and says to me that I've made a difference in their life because of what i do or what i've said. And then it all makes sense why I don't watch TV or play many games . Although i wish there were a few more hours in the day to maybe get outside for a walk.

You know what , This new CD of mine is about to be put to the test in a big way , I'll explain bellow about that , but first I wanted to say Thanks. Thanks for everyone here for making the Second CD possible. All the sales from my music goes right back into promoting or creating more music. I'd love one day to get to a point where i can make a little bit of a income from what i do but until then just know that every penny anyone has put out for one of my CD's or Merch has gone back in to take things to the next step. It would be extremely difficult to do this without you all . Thank you so much.

=====> 2. Big News! International Airplay and Much more

Well folks ,On October 15th I signed up with Comstock records. This is really Big news. Comstock is going to help get me some big time exposure.

In January and February of next year . My song " Make way for me" will be on the radio all over the U.S. and Europe. It will be sent off to 180 tracking stations where my song will be put in with the the other songs you hear on the radio. This means this song will be in the charts. What's exciting is that no one knows what will happen. It could pop in the charts at #160 and fade off to nowhere. Or climb to #1. I could have a top20 hit in Germany or be no one in the UK. We'll see what countries and regions like what i'm doing.

All going well it will open some doors that would otherwise be closed to me.

I'd like to thank Frank Fara at Comstock for believing in me and my music (enough to stake his reputation of 25 years in this business on the line.)

Cross your fingers boys and girls. This is where I find out if I have grown enough as a songwriter to move ahead ....I'll keep you all posted as the chart stats come in .

I got the chance this summer to take Charlie out for a drink . The main Idea was I needed media information and I had no real clue on how to approach or who to approach in the local media to try and get some exposure for my CD and concerts. Being a member of the local media and Huge supporter of Local Music Charlie had so many great ideas to share. I wasn't expecting much from him after the meeting we had. He already gave me so much and was completely worth the price of a couple of beers to say the least.

A few months later I get this call from my Dad saying "great write up" . Then I later get a call from my Mom saying the same thing. I had no idea that they were talking about the review that Charlie had given me in the October issue of Okanagan Musician.

Man this guy made me blush. What a great write up.

Dec 17 The Laughing Moon 7:30 -9:30.

Just about Christmas - Come on down for a intimate acoustical performance at one of Kelowna's coolest restaurants.
